Meet the Team
If you have called us for service it probably means you're in need of a repair that you wish wasn't necessary. It is our intention to have your service experience run as smooth as possible. There are a few things that you can do to help:​​
Have your model and serial numbers (not off your paperwork but rather off of the unit itself). This will help us be as prepared as possible.
Tell us the age of the product. If it's under warranty we need the exact date and "proof of purchase".
Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
If you don't know the exact purchase date but feel that your appliance is under warranty your dealer may have a record of it and be able to help you.
